In Japan, 85% percent of the talent can’t actually be found on job websites like Indeed or even on professional social media sites like LinkedIn, because Japan has a highly conservative business culture that strongly values lifetime employment. What we do is we headhunt the candidates who are simply not actively seeking a job, the passive candidates who are so immersed in their current jobs you’d never even know they existed (if they hadn’t been headhunted). These passive candidates are the most sought after and best candidates on the Japan market, and since we’re all about bringing you the best of the best, those are the ones we actively headhunt.

Our process is simple:

1. We start by communicating with you in order to understand the requirments of the role and the exact specifications regarding the type of candidate you’re looking for.

2. Next we brainstorm amongst ourselves to formulate a plan of attack, and then we to get work.

3. We both warm call potentials in our private network and we cold call and meet face-to-face with new potentials in rigorous and extensive search where we essentially comb the entire market with a fine toothed comb in a leave-no-stone-unturned approach.

4. Every candidate we meet in person and qualify against your criteria, in order to bring you the best talent the Japan market has to offer.

5. Out of all the candidates we find, we weigh their strengths and weaknesses and filter out the lower rung, submitting to you only the most exceptional ones, the diamonds in the rough, the best of the best!
